Service Description

We talk through your birth, your main concerns and your goals. We'll assess you functionally, assess your tummy muscles and depending on your birth assess your scar and +/- pelvic floor assessment. We will then send you a full report and tailored exercise programme. The aim of the 55 minute appointment is for you to leave feeling more confident in moving your body and having your questions and concerns answered
